To enrich the summer activities of young people and enhance children's awareness of metro travel safety, in July 2024, BJMTR's Metro Safety Camp conducted two "Metro Safety Classes in Communities" in the Yuyuan Sanli Community of Guanyinsi Street in Daxing District and Shuguang Street in Haidian District.

Recently, BJMTR held a review and launch meeting for the "BJMTR Green Urban Rail Development Action Plan," during which the plan (hereinafter referred to as the "Action Plan") was officially released.

On July 3, 2024, BJMTR launched the first STEAM education project in rail transit, aimed at introducing young people to the world of science related to rail transportation.

The summer travel season of 2024 starts from July 1st and ends on August 31st, a total of 62 days. To ensure the safety and stability of the summer travel season in 2024, BJMTR formulates various plans in advance for Line 4-Daxing, Line 14, Line 16 and Line 17,focusing on train operation organization and the management of passenger flow at major stations.

With the summer travel season drawing near, to enhance the travel experience of passengers, from July 1 to August 31, 2024, Line 4-Daxing will pilot a new timetable which will increase the capacity during the afternoon off-peak hours from about 11 a.m. to 3 p.m through adjusting the operation mode and adding more trains.

With the Summer vacation drawing near, to enrich the travel experience of passengers, from June 17th to August 17th, BJMTR and the National Library jointly launched the 29th M· Library cultural theme activity "This stop, Tang Dynasty".
