As the Spring Festival approaches, BJMTR has formulated various operational plans in advance to ensure the safety and smooth travel of passengers, made arrangements for train operations and crowd control at stations with heavy passenger traffic. Additionally, to further enhance the travel experience of passengers during the Spring Festival travel rush, BJMTR has carefully decorated two stations connected to train stations, featuring the theme “The Next Stop, Home,” creating a warm journey home for passengers. At the same time, themed cultural activities are being organized to create a travel environment that is both warm and festive for passengers.

BJMTR Line 16 Lize Shangwuqu Station will officially open on January 19, 2025 (Sunday), marking the full opening and operation of all stations on Line 16.

The 2025 Spring Festival travel rush will begin on January 14th and end on February 22nd, lasting for 40 days. To ensure smooth travel for passengers, BJMTR has made careful arrangements in passenger flow organization, passenger services, and equipment maintenance. Especially in high-speed rail connections, as well as at stations near tourist attractions and commercial areas, a variety of thoughtful services have been introduced to fully guarantee the smooth travel experience for passengers.

To celebrate the arrival of the Year of the Snake, BJMTR issues a new round of limited-edition commemorative tickets for the Chinese zodiac, the "Yi Si Snake Year Commemorative Tickets," sending Chinese New Year blessings to passengers.
