A new benefit and convenient service is available to its passengers now in BJL4. VELO City Discount Service Facility has been installed in 12 stations in BJL4 including Xiyuan station, East Gate of Peking University station, Haidianhuangzhuang station, Renmin University station, Weigongcun station, Xinjiekou station, Ping’anli station, Lingjinghutong station, Xuanwumen station, Caishikou station, Taoranting station and Majiapu station. Passengers can print out coupon for dinning, recreation, shopping and travel with a VELO card.
As explained by responsible persons from Beijing MTR Corporation, the operator of BJL4, all the services provided in BJL4 are at the preconditions of passenger’s safety, smooth operation of the railway and no impact to passenger flow. Just like ATM, payphone and other services rendered in BJL4, the VELO City Discount Service Facility also aims at providing more multi-dimension and humane services to the passengers. Before the installation of this facility, Beijing MTR Corporation conducted an all-round investigation for 3 months for the selection of proper stations, locations and other details.
