Since 2019, BJMTR has been releasing “Customer Service Pledge” annually, which includes commitments to "maintain high levels of train operation performance", "ensure the reliability of equipment and facilities", "create a pleasant urban transportation environment", and "listen to the voice of customers". BJMTR has been continuously introducing thoughtful service initiatives and carrying out convenient facility upgrades to enhance the passenger experience.
