On Sept. 3, 2017, Bubble Run was held at Beijing Garden Expo Park, many participants got to the site by metro. To ensure a safe and smooth travel of these passengers, BJMTR was well prepared at BJL14 Garden Expo Park station for large passenger flow to provide excellent services:
1. On the date of September 3, the large umbrellas were set at exit A and exit B which are close to the Garden Expo Park. Passengers can enjoy a more comfortable environment when they were line up to enter the station.
2. To avoid the unpleasant experiences of passengers caused by spilt paint and bubble, use-and-drop raincoats were available at the station. Passengers can travel in a more clean and tidy environment.
3. More trash bins were set at conspicuous positions at Exit A and Exit B. Cleaning was more frequent. Passengers with paint and bubble were guided to the washroom to clean up.
4. To ensure the safety of the passengers, patrol was enhanced at exits and safety check points. Passengers can enjoy timely inquiries and guidance. Station passengers announcement (PA) alarmed them to prevent pushing and falling.
These effective measures ensured safe and smooth travel of the passengers, provided effective support to the occasion.
