The Dragon Boat Festival holiday in 2025 will start on Saturday, May 31st and end on Monday, June 2nd. With the approach of the holiday, public travel demand increases, and lines operated by BJMTR are expected to see passenger flow growth. To ensure transportation services during the holiday, BJMTR has proactively formulated a transportation plan, optimized passenger transport organization, and made every effort to ensure safe and smooth travel for passengers.
"Signboard navigation" launched to help passengers travel "Without getting lost"
Building on the continuous provision of humanized services such as direction cards, convenient trolleys, and convenience kits, BJMTR has upgraded service measures at Beijing South Railway station on Line 4 and Fengtai Railway station on Line 16 by introducing the "signboard navigation" service. During the peak passenger flow periods of the Dragon Boat Festival holiday, station staff will proactively provide thoughtful guidance to passengers transferring from train stations to the metro by holding eye-catching signs, helping those unfamiliar with the metro entry process quickly find station entrances and clarify travel routes. At the same time, staff will flexibly adjust guidance strategies based on real-time passenger flow situations to ensure passengers can enter and board smoothly and efficiently, reducing their dwell time in the station and further enhancing their travel experience.
