Through-train Service with DXL Available End of Year
By September 28, 2010, the trial operation of BJL4 has proceeded for a whole year, how is the performance? Statistics shows: Total patronage over 2.3 million (750,000 daily average); 176,646 train dispatches in service; total train service mileage 29.8 million car-km; train service availability 99.7%; punctuality 99.4%. BJL4 through-train service with DXL will be available at the end of the year.
In the morning of September 27, a celebration “Witness Whole-hearted Service in a Year” was staged at Renmin University station. Column wrap, hanged flags and light boxes in the theme of the celebration turn this station into a warm and happy venue. Small gifts were given to the passing passengers, some passengers were invited to participate in the interactive activities with BJMTR managerial and operational staff.
