At the noon time of December 25, children’s crisp voice answering questions from the music classroom of Zhaodengyu school was heard frequently. It is a safety education lesson given by BJMTR in this school along BJL4.
Since the opening of BJL4 in 2009, BJMTR held over 20 promotion activities on passenger safety and civilized behavior at BJL4 and DXL stations. Residents and students along the line were actively involved in these activities. This is the first such activities held outside metro station. Through pleasure interactions, BJMTR tried to teach them knowledge on how to ride metro safely.
At the class, Master of Jiaomenxi station of BJL4, Ms. Liu Sisi, explained to the students in detail the right behavior in every step of metro riding: PSD, AFC gate, elevator, escalator, safety signage, emergency excavation etc. Animated video on how to behave at each step was shown at class, interactive Q&A aroused the interest of the kids greatly.
