During April 5 (Saturday) to April 7 (Monday), 2014, timetable for weekend will apply at BJL4, DXL and BJL14. It is planned that 556 train trips will be arranged at BJL4 & DXL daily and 260 train trips will be arranged for BJL14 daily. Based on data collected in previous years, it is forecasted that the total patronage during the 3-day holiday will be 4.044 million (Average daily at 1.348 million, 4.9% higher than that of last year 1.285 million) at BJL4, 933K (Average daily at 311K, 23.8% higher than that of last year 251K) at DXL and 148K (Average daily at 49K) at BJL14.
The day before the holidays (April 4) is a Friday, it is forecasted that the patronage will be high. Timetable for workdays will be applied at BJL4, DXL and BJL14. On that day, 632 train trips are planned at BJL4 & DXL, 348 train trips are planned at BJL14. The forecasted patronage at BJL4, DXL and BJL14 is 1.472 million, 367K and 58K respectively. Moreover, the first 2 days of the holidays are weekends, large passenger flow will occur on April 5 and April 6. BJMTR will monitor the passenger flow at all its stations and make corresponding adjustment to ensure smooth travel of the passengers.
