Framework Agreement on the Cooperation in the Property Development of Metro Top along BJL4 &DXL was Signed in Beijing

In the morning of November 4, 2016, Beijing Infrastructure Investment Corporation Limited(BIIC) and Hong Kong MTR (MTR) as well as Beijing MTR Corporation Limited (BJMTR) signed the Framework Agreement on the Cooperation in the Property Development of Metro Top along BJL4 &DXL. The signing ceremony was held at the 20th Beijing Hong Kong Economic Cooperation Symposium. In accordance with this Framework Agreement, BIIC, MTR and BJMTR are going to conduct feasibility study on property development of metro top along BJL4 and DXL.
