Passengers Back from Chinese New Year Holidays Patronage at Beijing South Railway Station Increased 3.7% Compared to the Same Period Last Year

With the ending of CNY holiday 2017, BJMTR operating lines welcome passengers back. Daily patronage of the lines recuperated from Jan. 31 (4th of Jan. Luna Calendar). Passengers entering/exiting Beijing South Railway Station was 3.7% higher than that of the same period last year.   

BJMTR monitored the passenger flow intensively and adjust train services according to demand. Additional train trips will be arranged when it is necessary.  From Feb. 1 to Feb. 4, the up track of BJL4 Beijing South Railway Station extended its service time by 1 hour, by half hour on Jan. 5. 15 additional train trips were arranged, transport about 6700 more passengers.
