BJMTR Takes Flood Prevention Measures to Get Prepared For Blue Rainstorm Alert

Beijing Meteorological Observatory released blue rainstorm alert at 17PM on July 23. BJMTR took flood prevention measures in advance to ensure smooth passenger travel. By 18PM of 23 July, passenger flow is smooth and operation is in order on BJL4, DXL, BJL14 and BJL16. BJL4 and DXL dispatched 1 temporary train, and BJL14 dispatched 2 temporary trains. At the same time, over 400 skid proof pads, 760 skid proof signs and 15,500 sandbags are prepared for each station. And more than 214,000 raincoats prepared for each station will be distributed to passengers according to needs to ensure smooth travel.
