In order to further meet the travel demands of passengers, BJMTR has piloted the deployment of multilingual translation devices at 4 stations this year: Beijing South Railway Station on Line 4-Daxing, Wangjing Station on Line 14, Fengtai Railway Station on Line 16, and Workers' Stadium Station on Line 17. Since the pilot program began, the translation devices have provided accurate and fast translation services to nearly 500 passengers, enabling barrier-free and smooth communication with passengers. Among them, the device of Workers' Stadium Station on Line 17 has been used more than 370 times since its launch, as it is located near the Sanlitun commercial area and the Workers' Stadium, which attracts a large number of foreign passengers on a daily basis.

In addition, Garden Expo Park Station on Line 14 is located near the Beijing Garden Expo Park. During holidays, the daily passenger flow at the station can reach 12,000. In order to improve the passenger travel experience, BJMTR has upgraded and optimized the broadcasting equipment at Entrance C of Garden Expo Park Station, adding 4 column-shaped loudspeakers to further enhance the broadcasting coverage in the station. Passengers can obtain real-time metro operation service information as soon as they enter the station.
