During the Spring Festival holiday period, to ensure that passengers traveling to and from Beijing could travel smoothly and conveniently, staff at Beijing South Railway Station on Line 4-Daxing and Fengtai Railway Station on Line 16 were stationed at the Spring Festival service counter to answer questions and provide assistance to passengers. Additionally, the stations have launched a "Personal Guide" service, which provides detailed information such as travel routes and transfer stations on guide cards based on passengers' specific travel needs, optimizing their travel routes and creating a warm and comfortable waiting and riding environment for passengers. Furthermore, the stations also provide luggage carts and convenience trolleys to further assist passengers with large luggage to travel smoothly.
During the Spring Festival holiday, BJMRT staff have strengthened their vigilance and inspection efforts. Considering the winter weather conditions such as snow and ice, they have carried out safeguard work on key routes and equipment to ensure smooth and reliable operation of the equipment, providing safe and smooth travel for passengers during the holiday period. Additionally, in terms of security checks, all lines of BJMTR implemented the "Simultaneous inspection of individuals and belongings” principle, intensifying inspections on passengers carrying flammable, explosive dangerous goods, and various prohibited items. During the eight-day holiday, 1,929 prohibited items were confiscated across all lines, ensuring the safety of passengers during their travels.
