Optimize service details to enhance travel experience
In response to the characteristics of high passenger flows at holiday scenic spots, commercial areas, and railway station transfer stations, based on the pre-established passenger transport organization plan, all lines and stations operated by BJMTR have strengthened in-station passenger flow monitoring and intensified crowd control efforts at key areas such as entrances and exits, Automatic Fare Gates (AFG), and platforms. Additionally, Beijing South Railway Station on Line 4 and Fengtai Railway Station on Line 16 have introduced the "signboard navigation" service on top of their existing services. During peak passenger flow periods for returning to Beijing during the holidays, station staff hold eye-catching signboards and proactively provide thoughtful guidance to passengers transferring from railways to the metro, helping passengers unfamiliar with the metro entry process quickly find entry points, thereby enhancing the travel experience of passengers.
