As the 2025 high school and college entrance examinations approach, BJMTR has proactively sorted out information about stations near exam centers based on regular operations and developed targeted support plans according to the actual conditions of the stations. By implementing 'three priorities' service, setting up 'student service counter', and increasing staff to guide passengers, the measures aim to assist candidates in traveling safely and smoothly.
‘Three priorities’ ensure convenient travel for examinees
During the examination period, BJMTR will provide priority services for candidates and parents at stations under its jurisdiction. Those taking the metro to examination venues can enjoy the 'three priorities' service—priority ticket purchase, priority security check, and priority station entry—with their admission tickets. Meanwhile, station staff will strengthen guidance at ticket vending machines, security checkpoints, and entry gates to help them quickly enter the station and board trains.
Set up service counters for candidates with thoughtful care
Stations on lines operated by BJMTR near examination venues for the high school and college entrance examinations will set up service counters for candidates to provide timely service to candidates and parents in need. Meanwhile, station staff will familiarize themselves in advance with information about schools around the stations, accurately identify the nearest entrances and exits to the examination venues, strengthen patrol efforts in key areas of the stations, and actively assist candidates in resolving difficulties encountered within the stations.
Preparing 'candidate care packages' to convey care
BJMTR has thoughtfully prepared "candidate care packages" at all 114 stations under its jurisdiction. These care packages not only include essential stationery items such as 2B pencils, erasers, and sign pens, but are also equipped with adhesive bandages, cooling supplies, and other items. Candidates can receive them for free by simply showing their admission tickets.
