Train Service Plan for Christmas 2016 and New Year’s Day 2017 Published

BJL16 North Planned to Open at the End of December Rainbow of 2 Cities BJL16 Commemorative Ticket Issued Meanwhile
BJL16 is another line operated by BJMTR with PPP mode after BJL4 and BJL14. It will be opened section by section. With the opening of BJL16 North section by the end of 2016, Rainbow of 2 Cities reappears in Beijing.

TIMs and AFC Gates at BJL16 “Tested” Everyday
Currently, the preparation work of BJL16 is progressing intensively to ensure a smooth opening at the end of the year. TIMs and AFC gates are tested, exercises are conducted so they can serve the passengers smoothly from Day 1.

The 8th Set of Zodiac Commemorative Ticket [Ding You Rooster Ticket] will be Issued at the New Year’s Day 2017
“Rooster Sings When New Year Comes”. A set of “I’m a rooster guy” advertisement was posted at BJL4, DXL and BJL14 to convey greeting, forecasting the issuance of the Year of Rooster zodiac commemorative ticket of BJMTR on the first day of 2017.

BJL16 XiYuan Station Unveiled Join-in-hand with BJL4 to Provide Convenient Interchange for Passengers
BJL16 North (XiYuan – BeiAnHe) is planned to be opened for trial operation at the end of December 2016. As the only interchange station of BJL16 North opened at the year-end, XiYuan station services passengers transferring to BJL4, another north-south backbone lines in Beijing Metro Network.
