BJL16 Concession Agreement Is Signed Officially in Hong Kong

On behalf of Beijing Municipal Government, Beijing Municipal Transport Committee signed BJL16 Concession Agreement (CA) with Beijing MTR Corporation Limited (BJMTR) officially in the morning of Nov. 28, 2015 at the 19th Beijing Hong Kong Economic Cooperation Symposium in Hong Kong.  In accordance with the CA, BJMTR will invest, construct and operate BJL16 in PPP mode and obtain the operation right of BJL16 for 30 years.
